Covid-19: Here's how we protect you (and us)
- Contact-free self pick-up and return. You'll pick-up and return your scooter via SMS and will never need to meet with anyone or wear a mask
- Knee scooters are sprayed with a solution of bleach and detergent to clean and disinfect them. Afterwards we rinse them with water and allow to air dry in the sun's UV rays for several hours
- Once a scooter has been cleaned, disinfected and inspected we sit it in a protected area until it is picked up. Most scooters have not only been disinfected with bleach but they've also been washed with water and allowed to sit in the sun's UV rays for several hours. Oftentimes (but not every time) the knee scooters have been sitting for several days or weeks in a protected area without being touched by human hands
- The only thing you'll ever need to touch is a sterilized scooter when you come to pick it up. You'll then checkout and return your scooter via SMS so the whole process is touch-free. However, we do provide a large bottle of hand sanitizer gel next to the scooters for your protection
